This terraced townhouse is situated in the village of Mundesley and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.
Samphire House is a mid-terrace Victorian townhouse in the Norfolk village of Mundesley, close to Cromer, Sheringham and Norwich. Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps ten people consisting of bedrooms on both the first and second floors, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a second floor bathroom and a first floor basin and WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove, a second floor sitting area on the landing and a rear porch/breakfast room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden and roof terrace with furniture and barbecue. Samphire House is a wonderful place to stay with National Trust properties, seaside villages and towns and the beautiful Norfolk Broads close by.

Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, mini fridge on second floor, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and 2 stairgates. Off road parking for 4 cars. Secure bike store in garage. Enclosed front garden. Enclosed rear paved garden leading to roof terrace with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Steep and narrow steps to second floor accommodation which has restricted head room. Note: 4pm check in. |
